About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative Intern based in Málaga, you’ll support the commercial team by identifying target clients, generating leads, and helping move prospects through the sales funnel. You’ll get hands-on exposure to digital prospecting, CRM tools, and sales strategy in a real-world setting — working closely with the founders, Jaime and another senior team member.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities

  • Build and manage lead lists using CRM tools

  • Engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone

  • Make 50–70 cold calls per day and handle rejections professionally

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and coordinate meetings with the sales team

  • Support marketing and sales alignment to strengthen the pipeline

  • Ensure consistent and correct use of CRM tooling

  • Work hand-in-hand with the leadership team on daily outreach and pipeline growth

Ideal Profile

  • Currently studying Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong interest in B2B tech sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented

  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive) and basic knowledge of cloud, networking, or cybersecurity solutions

Internship Details

  • Duration: 3–6 months (Start Date ASAP)

  • Location: Málaga, Spain

  • Compensation: €400/month + Commission. Below expected on target earnings: 0-3 qualified meetings per month. Expected on target earnings: 5-10 meetings per month. Great case for on target earnings: 10+ meetings per month. Commission: €20 per meeting booked + €100 per client signed

  • Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish

Opportunity

  • Greeting and assisting members and visitors, managing check-ins, and directing them to the appropriate spaces or meeting rooms.
  • Managing room bookings and responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, while providing details about the co-working space’s services.
  • Maintaining the communal areas, ensuring the reception, lounge, and kitchen are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Supporting event coordination by helping with setup, registration, and overall event management.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, managing deliveries, and helping with daily operational duties.

Salary & Holiday

This will depend on the candidate and can vary depending on experience. This will be up to €500/month. Holiday will depend on the length of time of the internship and will be discussed at interview.
