Basico – Advisory & Valuation Analyst Intern

Company Overview

Basico Real Estate is a value creation, full service Residential Real Estate Company. 

It was established in 2009. Disruption and innovation have enabled us to continually evolve and grow since its inception. Since then, we have increased our service scope, and our assets under management have grown significantly. At the moment we are more than 200 employees working for us with a presence in 26 provinces of Spain.  

Our 360º holistic view of the Real Estate business has led us to dividing our business lines into the following activities:

Commercialisation (letting and sale of real estate assets), pricing design, and strategy. 

Advisory and valuation services 

PropTech Ventures, using the newest technologies with its 360º spherical approach to real estate. 

Development and Project Management (creation of portfolios (selection of assets) and risk monitoring of them. 

Property and Asset Management 

Marketing and advertising design and strategy, with the objective of attracting tenants, buyers and commercial follow-ups.

Opportunity

Advisory and Valuation Intern: 

We’re looking for an intern analyst to join our Advisory & Valuation Team. You will be participating in: 

Some of the projects in which Basico RE is currently involved (project & risk monitoring, market surveys…) 

New portfolio valuation & acquisition processes (buy-side)  

Commercial client relation support, to open new clients opportunities and enlarge enhance relations with our current existing ones Any interesting new idea?  (services, clients…) that you could brought, why not?: ideas come from everywhere and maintain the spirit of participation to us during your internship

Mixing market research, with internal analysis on a variety of asset classes (primarily residential, but also land and commercial). Reporting and explaining to international and national clients with reports, recommendations, and creative proposals to unlock value, or increase sale/liquidity options

Salary & Holiday

We are offering a salary range between 700 and 800 € depending on the candidate’s expertise and experience. This position requires a minimum stay of 6 months even though it is desirable to extend it beyond that period of time (ideally +9 months).  

Depending on the starting date of the internship and the length of it, we are offering 2 or 3 weeks (preferably to be taken during Holidays or Eastern).

Opportunity

We’re looking for a junior sales representative to join the team. The role is for somebody interested in building their sales skills and helping to contribute to the growth of our innovative propositions.

You will work in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to execute an inbound customer acquisition strategy.

Your work will include:

Filter and qualify (internet search, emails, phone) incoming leads from Marketing teams.

Understand customer issues in terms of business needs and help to find solutions

Generate qualified appointments for the Account Executive team based on your knowledge of PSquared’s value proposition.

Ensure the transition of leads to the Account Executive team.

Sales, Marketing, Customer Success Intern

Company Overview

Floorfy is a fast-growing and innovative startup in the Real Estate space. We have produced a Real Estate software which creates virtual tours of properties. We mainly work with estate agents to provide them with a new way to show their portfolio of properties from anywhere and at any time. We’re currently at team of 27 people and looking to expand internationally as soon as we can.

Opportunity

As we are a small a dynamic company there is the opportunity to learn about the work completed in all areas of the business. There will be translation tasks as a base to all roles as well as specific work depending on which department you work in. Tasks are likely to change regularly but within these opportunities you can expect the following type of work.

Marketing intern:

– E-mail marketing

– Lead generation

– Platform improvement

– Customer development

Sales intern:

– Converting leads to client

– Producing material to help sales process

– Organisation of sales pipelines

Customer success:

Once we have a client the customer success team is responsible for clients having a flawless service and an unforgettable experience with us

Support customers with queries and the onboarding process

Improvements to customer journey to keep optimising our work

Salary & Holiday

€400 per month with 2 days holiday for every month worked.
