Customer Success Intern (German Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, providing training and guidance to maximize the value of the company’s services.
  • Monitor client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or additional support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, relay feedback, and develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Create and maintain client success resources, including FAQs, user guides, and tutorial materials.

Ideal Profile:

  • Native or fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a remote environment.
  • Interest in sustainability, corporate strategy, or digital transformation is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or account management is a bonus but not required.
