Customer Success Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the customer success team in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients, helping them get acquainted with Algoritmi Care’s systems and services.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve service delivery.
  • Help create and manage customer success content, including guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and sales) to ensure alignment on customer needs and feedback.
  • Support the implementation of customer feedback initiatives and assist in developing strategies for customer retention.
  • Contribute to various customer-facing projects and help improve overall service efficiency in a fast-paced, international environment.

Ideal Profile:

  • University student or recent graduate with an interest in customer service, hospitality, or business management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team setting.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and improving service quality.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar field is a plus but not required.

  • In-person role based in Takayama, Japan.

Salary:
