IT Technician Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and optimization of remote check-in solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for guests.
  • Assist in building prototypes and wireframes for new IT solutions aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges within the company’s IT infrastructure.
  • Conduct system tests, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements for ongoing IT projects.
  • Help design and implement process optimizations in areas such as property management systems and guest communication tools.
  • Monitor and maintain technical systems, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of innovative IT solutions, staying ahead of trends in hospitality technology.

Ideal Profile:

  • University student or recent graduate with a focus on IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as software development, systems integration, or process automation.
  • Familiarity with creating wireframes, prototypes, or UI/UX design tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Passionate about technology solutions and their application in the hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience in IT support, systems development, or related roles is a plus but not required.
