We were born in Barcelona out of the need to disrupt an industry dominated by big corporations dictating how we should travel.

About the team
At Stayforlong we are currently a team of 80 people working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where people have the opportunity to grow and develop professionally.

Currently, we’re developing our Customer Experience department and we need a Customer Experience Agent (trainee).

What you’ll do:
- Liaising with customers and external partners to resolve issues by phone and email on topics such as reservations changes, cancellations or confirmations of orders, refunds, special requests, etc.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
- Participate in new projects for which we need your help such as process improvement, Business continuity plan, etc.
- Resolving customer complaints, responding to phone calls and email requests and maintaining customer service records.
What you will bring:
- You are studying Tourism or similar.
- You can sign an agreement with your University.
- Native/High Italian
- High-Medium English level.
- Proficiency working with English and another European language is desirable.
- Basic knowledge when using Microsoft Office (including Excel).
- Good communication skills
- Possitive atitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in Customer Service will be highly valuable.
