An AI company is seeking a Commercial Operations Intern to support and optimize commercial processes. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to streamline workflows, analyze data, and ensure operational efficiency. As a Commercial Operations Intern, you will report directly to the Head of Go-to-Market and Customer Success.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the design and improvement of commercial processes to align with company goals.
- Assist in monitoring the performance of workflows and identifying areas for improvement through data analysis.
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to streamline operations and gain insights into cross-functional processes.
- Help prepare training materials and provide support to the commercial team on new tools or processes.
- Learn to manage and optimize tools like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and analytics platforms.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of operational activities and updates.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards, and contribute to ensuring compliance in commercial operations.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for the commercial team.
Requirements
- Italian Native
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Enthusiastic and proactive individuals with an interest in commercial operations and business processes.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and a willingness to learn tools like Excel or BI platforms.
- A strong desire to collaborate with teams and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Organized and detail-oriented individuals with good communication skills.
- Availability for a structured learning experience with the potential to grow within the role.
