Role Overview
The position is centered on supporting the core product and will be divided into two main areas:

Operational Support:
- Provide customer support using Zendesk, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Conduct manual document reviews for client analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks, including preparing invoices and maintaining platform accuracy.

Customer Success:
- The key ‘go-to’ person for support between our firm and the mortgage broker
- Calling our clients so must be comfortable on the phone
- A knowledge of the world of mortgages is helpful
Ideal Profile
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Comfortable communicating with clients (customer support) and partners (account management).
- Background in mortgage, real estate, or finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
