Overview
As a member of the Talent Team in HR, the selected candidate will have the
opportunity to have firsthand contact with the “end to end” talent management
process within the company, which includes recruitment, onboarding, performance
appraisal, recognition system, engagement process, learning and development and
change management. The ideal candidate must be passionate and curious about
people in work environment, open to learning, creative and critical thinker.
Key Accountabilities
• Provide support in different stages of the recruitment process, which might
include job advertising, interviewing coordination, appraisal process or
interviewing candidates.
• Co-coordinating with the responsible of the onboarding agenda, including
internal events for new joiners.
• Provide assistance in the implementation of the learning and development
annual plan which includes all the logistics associated but also the
conceptualization of learning resources.
• Support in all the metric and data report systems to ensure the quality and
effectiveness of our process.
• Running analysis of the performance evaluation system to identify relevant
action plans from a development perspective.
• Provide assistance in the coordination of all employer branding initiatives
and the relationship with academies and institutions.
• Support in all the internal communication initiatives.
• Support in the facilitation of team’s and change management interventions.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
• Education: University Degree in Psychology preferably
• Experience: Not required
• Additional Skills/Knowledge: Excel and data analysis
• Language: Spanish and English
