About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Intern to support our team in optimizing marketing workflows, managing our CRM, and streamlining communication with creators. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for automation, data analysis, and digital marketing, eager to develop technical and strategic skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM to enhance relationships with creators and brands.
- Configure and maintain automation workflows using Make.com to improve marketing and communication processes.
- Integrate APIs from different providers to enhance platform functionality.
- Design and execute automation processes for creator onboarding.
- Implement email marketing automation and audience segmentation strategies.
- Analyze performance data from automation processes and propose optimizations.
- Collaborate with the content and operations team to improve communication with creators.
- Support data structuring and CRM database management.
Ideal Candidate
- Background in: Marketing Digital, Digital Communication, Business Administration, or IT-related fields.
- Experience or strong interest in marketing automation and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of CRM management (HubSpot preferred).
- Experience with Make.com, n8n, or similar automation tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of APIs and platform integrations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize workflows.
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 months
- Start Date: March/April 2025
- Location: Madrid (Bravo Murillo 101)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hours TBD) -> one day could be done remotely
- Compensation: to be discussed during the interview, depends on hours and your profile
