The Role:

• Provide support across all areas of our marketing team, handling requests

quickly and efficiently.

• Create workflows and automations to enhance the speed of our marketing

channels and actions.

• Assist with email functions and collaborate closely with our lifecycle processes.

• Conduct market research to establish benchmarks and generate relevant

insights.

• Collaborate in identifying and resolving data inconsistencies across various

systems.

• Contribute to improving our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes

by developing scalable procedures.

• Drive process standardization by initiating data-driven projects and initiatives.

• Optimize system integration for seamless operations.

• Participate in ad hoc projects spanning different departments.

• Encourage innovative thinking by embracing unconventional ideas with the

potential for immediate impact.

• Understand and apply sales strategies, including prospecting and qualifying

potential customers.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills, tackling challenges of any scale with

determination.

• Passion for operations: you enjoy diving deep into problems to identify root

causes.

• Data management proficiency and excellent Excel skills (SQL is a plus).

• Professional-level English proficiency.

• University degree in Business or a related technical field (a strong plus).

• Empathetic, inclusive, and curious mindset.

• Ability to balance pragmatism with simplicity, efficiency, and performance.

• Knowledge of sales methodologies and experience in lead qualification and

prospecting.

Nice to have / Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in Revenue Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or similar

roles.

• Familiarity with the SaaS and B2B industry.

• Experience in fast-growing startup environments.

• Background in the Human Resources industry.
