About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a driven and proactive individual to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and startup operations. As a sales and business development Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in helping expand the company’s reach, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients. You’ll also gain exposure to marketing, operations, and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. If you have a passion for sales, technology, and nightlife, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outreach efforts to clubs and entertainment venues, generating leads and managing client relationships.

  • Assist in sales presentations, demos, and follow-ups with potential customers.

  • Support the founders in business development strategies and identifying new market opportunities.

  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead acquisition.

  • Help with operational and administrative tasks to streamline company growth.

  • Provide insights on customer needs and feedback to refine their offering.

Ideal Profile

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and startups.

  • Native or high-level proficiency in Spanish.

  • Knowledge in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.

  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Passionate about the nightlife and entertainment industry.

Internship Details

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Location: Madrid

  • Compensation: Paid, to be discussed during the interview process.
