About the Role
A Sales Assistant Intern to join the commercial team and contribute to SEOCOM Agency’s business growth. You will support the Account Management and Sales departments in identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing leads, and assisting in client communication. This is a great opportunity to learn about digital marketing sales strategies, CRM tools, and client relationship management in a fast-paced and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and prospect potential clients or industries through various channels (networking, LinkedIn, email marketing, events, etc.).

Manage and update leads within CRM platforms (HubSpot / Pipedrive).

Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.

Support communication with leads via email, phone, and virtual meetings.

Prepare performance reports and analyses of commercial activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

Execute sales-related tasks and suggest process improvements.

Stay proactive, bring new ideas to the table, and actively contribute to team success.
Ideal Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in networking and client-facing situations.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and understand market trends.

Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Inbound Marketing, etc.).

Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Fluent or strong working proficiency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).

Duration & Modality
Duration: 6 months
Location: Barcelona (hybrid 2 days of remote work for the first 3 months, then 3 days remote)
Remuneration: €600 per month
