About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Intern who is passionate about business, driven by details, and unafraid of challenge. You will work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and leadership team to support the development and execution of our sales strategy — optimizing processes, identifying new opportunities, and embedding AI-driven tools that enhance our go-to-market activities.

We are building a high-performance team, and we need tenacious individuals: typical leaders among their peers — not reckless mavericks, but courageous, focused operators who can lead a pack while executing on a plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of our sales strategy, integrating AI-driven tools and systems.

  • Research and evaluate AI-based CRM and sales optimization tools to drive lead generation and conversion.

  • Help implement a fully integrated AI CRM, connecting our website and other systems to unlock new business opportunities from every engagement.

  • Analyze sales processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and performance.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to test, refine, and scale new sales initiatives.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the impact of new strategies.

  • Highly motivated, with a passion for business, sales, and entrepreneurship.

  • Sharp attention to detail, and the courage to challenge ideas constructively.

  • A natural leader — someone others follow — but able to work within a clear framework and plan.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns, solve problems, and deliver insights.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

  • Strong communicator, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.

Internship Details

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Location: Remote (preferably UK or Portugal, GMT time zone), with the possibility of working onsite in Portugal.

  • Compensation: Paid — details to be discussed during interviews
