About the Role
We’re looking for a high-potential intern who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced marketplace environment. You will support the Hunting and Account Management team, prospecting sellers and helping them improve their presence and performance on the platform.
This is a hands-on internship where your work will directly contribute to seller growth, buyer experience, and overall business results.
What You’ll Do

Prospect potential sellers and conduct follow-ups to close deals

Assist in managing active sellers (catalogue updates, campaigns, data collection)

Follow up with sellers who have low engagement or incomplete onboarding

Help analyze seller and category performance (sales, NPS, campaigns)

Support the rollout of new features like Ads and Experiences

Join seller calls and manage follow-up tasks

Create and update support materials (FAQs, mini-guides, onboarding flows)
What You’ll Need

University student in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar

Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

Interest in ecommerce, marketplaces, or tech startups

Strong communication skills (you’ll be in contact with sellers)

Hands-on attitude, sense of ownership and responsibility

Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and organizing information

Fluency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken); Spanish is a strong plus
