The Role
This cross-functional internship combines business operations and sales, with a strong focus on supporting the UK market. You’ll work closely with the team on growth projects, outreach, and day-to-day coordination. It’s a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven healthcare service while gaining experience in sales, strategy, and international operations.
What You’ll Do

Contact care homes & clients by phone and email to share service information

Support daily operations and assist with cross-functional projects

Help coordinate communication with care homes and key partners in the UK

Manage and update CRM systems and lead tracking databases

Assist with outreach to care homes and manage follow-ups

Support internal reporting, meeting preparation, and documentation

Contribute to refining sales materials and outreach approaches

Help improve internal systems and workflow efficiencies across markets

A confident communicator and comfortable with outbound calls

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple functions

Organised and detail-focused, especially in administrative and sales support tasks
