Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential B2B clients in the UK market, focusing on key decision-makers and industries aligned with our solutions.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound email campaigns, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sales Pitch Development: Work with the sales team to refine and deliver compelling pitches that effectively communicate Dost’s value proposition.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects, interactions, and sales progress.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs, challenges, and potential fit with Dost’s solutions.
  • Follow-Up and Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects through personalized communication to drive conversions.
  • Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback from prospect interactions to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.

Ideal Profile

  • Strong interest in Sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with B2B clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales strategies and tools, including CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Interest in AI and its applications in business operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary
