Join a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of two fast-moving businesses. This is an opportunity to work for 2 startups. One is a location agency helping brands, filmmakers, and photographers secure inspiring shoot locations in Southern Europe. A creative production business working hands-on in the film and photo industry — producing campaigns, content, and experiences for some of today’s most exciting clients.  With one foot in logistics and the other in creative execution, we operate where art meets action. The other is a boutique multi-lingual real-estate agency that serves to make home-buyers meet-home owners. You’ll be working closely with the founders across two companies that are specialists in real-estate but in very distinct fashions and serving the market in multifaceted ways, gaining real insight into how these businesses are built from the ground up.

The Role
As the Founder’s Associate Intern, you’ll act as a right-hand to the founders, supporting across both companies. This role blends creative production, business strategy, and operational support. You’ll touch everything from marketing and research to on-the-ground prep and client coordination. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied role and wants to gain startup experience in both the creative and business sides of two industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with the founders to manage schedules, priorities, and day-to-day operations

  • Support business development through market research, lead generation, and outreach

  • Assist with client communications, helping manage inquiries and bookings

  • Scout and onboard new properties for the agencies’ portfolio

  • Support creative production logistics: shoot planning, kit coordination, and talent liaison

  • Help develop marketing materials and assist with social media and content planning

  • Maintain internal systems and documents (Notion, Google Drive, etc.)

Who You Are

  • You have previous experience in digital marketing or SEO, and are confident setting up an inbound lead funnel to attract potential clients via the website

  • You’ve created and managed email newsletters in both English and Spanish, and can confidently handle a contact database

  • You’re comfortable writing blog posts, drafting news updates, and creating content guions for LinkedIn posts and IG reels (in both English and Spanish)

  • You’re a fast learner who can teach yourself tools like the Inmovilla CRM system using online tutorials (e.g. YouTube), and can help set up automations like birthday greetings and lead follow-up flows

  • You’re fluent in Spanish, which is necessary for contacting agencies, communicating with property buyers, and managing WhatsApp groups and collaborator outreach

  • You’re not afraid of admin-heavy work like inputting listings into the CRM, sourcing and uploading property listings from partners, and following up on client needs

  • You’re proactive about following up with leads and collaborators, whether that’s through WhatsApp, email, or directly contacting agencies in the Costa Brava area
