Community Management Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with community members to foster connections and ensure an exceptional member experience.
  • Deep strategic analysis across countries to understand how to move the network forward strategically
  • Support the planning and execution of events and initiatives designed to strengthen the network.
  • Manage and grow online presence by creating engaging content for social media and newsletters.
  • Collect feedback from members and propose actionable improvements to enhance community value.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and onboard new members who align with vision.
  • Monitor community activity and provide insights to drive meaningful engagement and participation.

  • Highly communicative and personable, with a passion for building relationships and connecting people.
  • Good eye for detail and market research

Opportunity

We are looking for a Research intern to:

Research and deliver material focused on Gender equality which showcases a deep understanding and passion for the topic

Produce engaging content which can be used for blogs and building out our content marketing strategy

If the level of research is of a strong enough quality then we can look to even get work published

A knowledge of Spanish helpful but not required for this role

Previous experience and knowledge of of this topic is a plus

Ideally available for 6 months +

The BridgeWhat 20 Levers of Growth, which offer to the participants fresh outlooks to GROW, are organized around the five stages of clients engagement – attraction, acquisition, ARPU, retention and referrals – and include topics such as digital marketing, CRM, salesforce effectiveness, co-creation, pricing, loyalty, or brand development.

Sellers and buyers, the participants of this B2B platform, can choose among four packages with variable contributions in terms of credentials, Sales and Marketing content, business connections and counseling.

Opportunity

As you will see from our offering, it splits into sellers and buyers. The candidate’s main area of focus will be to help us find the most reputable sellers who can participate. The tasks will encompass but not be limited to:

– Market research

– Discovery of new sellers

– Pitching your reasoning as to why a seller would qualify

– In-depth research into companies and their offering

– Strategy

This will be discussed at interview and will likely be based on the success of the business and a commission-type role based on output.
