The Role
This is a unique internship working closely with the founder and core team. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across both business operations and growth strategy, supporting everything from studio logistics and financial admin to brand partnerships and business development. What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day studio operations and business admin

  • Help with budgets, managing cash flow, and financial planning

  • Research and engage potential brand partnerships

  • Coordinate outreach and track performance in CRM

  • Assist with decks, proposals, and internal documentation/admin

  • Benchmark market and expansion opportunities (including franchise models)

  • Contribute to high-impact projects across marketing, ops, and commercial strategy

What You’ll Do

Analyse and identify the most attractive international markets for DOMMA’s expansion, considering factors such as regulations, demand, competition, and growth potential.

Design a market entry strategy, including business models, distribution channels, and potential local partnerships.

Evaluate opportunities and risks associated with expansion into each identified market.

Develop a roadmap for implementing the international expansion strategy.

Present recommendations based on financial and operational feasibility analysis.

Ensure that the project moves beyond high-level recommendations to real activation steps, demonstrating execution in the selected markets.

Who You Are

Business Administration, economics or similar students interested in strategy, international growth, and startups in the health & wellness sector.

Previous experience in consulting, strategy, business development, investment, or entrepreneurship is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with market and financial data.

Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and effective communication skills.

High level of English (other languages valued depending on the target market).

Level of spanish: minimum conversational to integrate in the team

We’re looking for a Social Media manager to help us build Plexus here in Rome.

The role will include (but is not limited to):

– Email marketing, producing templates and content for mailing list recipients

– Driving social media posts/content

– Using a variety of tools to produce promotional content

– Planning projects

– Decision making, strategizing an online presence for Plexus
