– We’re a 30-people smily & dynamic team in Paris. We have 800+ clients and 15000+ active users. We’re now expanding to the German market, and we’re looking for our next gems to work with us! 

Your missions will be as follows: 

– Participate in sales strategy and its implementation alongside the sales team ; 

– Build your own sales pipeline through inbound calling, outbound reach, and one or two upcoming tradeshows. 

– Work hand in hand with the SDR team to develop the sales pitch; 

– Sign new customers in the UK by developing a real human relationship: conduct video demonstrations that will be booked for you by the SDRs, follow the quotation through to closing ; 

– Contribute to our sales strategy on the accounts you’ll be following;

Role Overview
This startup is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our team and support our growth by engaging potential clients and setting the foundation for successful partnerships. The focus will be on the UK and/or Canadian market. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, AI technology, and client engagement. Working closely with our sales team, you’ll help identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach, and learn to effectively communicate our AI-driven value proposition. A strong level of French is highly desirable, though not required, as we expand into multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers within the retail, e-commerce, 3PL, manufacturing sectors etc, responsible for warehouse fit-out projects. Conduct research to gather contact information and build a robust pipeline of leads

Cold Calling:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our platform and services.
    Engage in conversations to understand potential clients’ needs and qualify them as leads.
    Overcome objections and build interest in our offerings.

Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule demo calls or meetings for senior sales representatives with qualified leads.
    Ensure that all appointment details are accurately captured and communicated to the sales team.

Follow-Up:

  • Send follow-up emails or messages to prospects after initial calls to nurture the relationship.
    Maintain consistent communication with potential clients to keep them engaged.

CRM Management:

  • Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate details of all interactions, lead status, and next steps.
    Track and report on call activities, outcomes, and lead conversion rates.
