About The Nude Foot
The Nude Foot is a barefoot footwear brand founded in Spain, created to solve a modern problem: shoes that weaken feet. We design sneakers that are functional for training, stylish for everyday life, and built to restore natural movement. After a successful pre-launch, we’re looking to expand our community and reach through retail partnerships, influencers, and content.
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development & Content Intern to join our team in Barcelona.
This is a hybrid role combining growth tasks (outreach, partnerships, influencer marketing, retail distribution) with creative tasks (support in photoshoots, social media content, reels, storytelling).
You’ll also be part of monthly events (1–2 per month) where The Nude Foot is present with a stand, athletes, and community. As part of the team, you’ll help with brand activation, networking, and content creation live at the events.
You’ll work directly with the founders and gain hands-on experience in building a brand from the ground up.

Some traineeship jobs offer stipends or salaries, while others are unpaid. On theInterna you can whether the internship is paid or not before you apply.
Absolutely! We encourage you to apply for about 5 opportunities initially which really align to your interests. It is better to have fewer but more tailored applications
Not necessarily. Many traineeship jobs are designed for beginners and focus on skill development but make sure to really demonstrate (quantitatively where possible) your skills and achievements in your CV.
Traineeship jobs come in many forms—tech, marketing, sales, customer support, engineering, and more. Some focus on creative skills, others on business or data. You can filter by field or interest when browsing listings on theInterna.
It depends on the employer. Some roles require local language skills (like Spanish or French), while others only ask for fluent English. Each listing will mention language requirements clearly, so check before applying.
Yes, you can. theInterna typically works with students in their final year or those who graduated recently. If you’ve recently completed your degree and are looking to gain hands-on experience, a traineeship is a great next step.
Yes, especially in marketing, software, and customer experience roles. Many companies now offer remote traineeships or hybrid models, allowing flexibility if you can’t relocate.
Traineeships are often structured with training modules and soft skills development, while internships tend to focus more on workplace immersion. Traineeships may also lead to qualifications or support services.
Many traineeship jobs serve as a stepping stone to a permanent role. Some companies hire top-performing trainees or extend their contracts if there’s a good fit.
Typically, you’ll need an updated CV, a short motivation letter, and any relevant academic or work references. Some roles may ask for a portfolio or language proof.
Yes, if you’re working in a country where you’re not a resident. Visa types vary by country and job duration. theInterna provides guidance or links to help with the visa process.
Most traineeships range from 20 to 40 hours per week. Full-time roles are common, but some employers offer part-time schedules, especially for students or remote placements.
By interning at a partner startup of theInterna you will be sure to get real business exposure and give you the right grounds to be able to excel when there.
