Floorfy is a fast-growing and innovative startup in the Real Estate space. We have produced a Real Estate software which creates virtual tours of properties. We mainly work with estate agents to provide them with a new way to show their portfolio of properties from anywhere and at any time. We’re currently at team of 27 people and looking to expand internationally as soon as we can.

Opportunity

As we are a small a dynamic company there is the opportunity to learn about the work completed in all areas of the business. There will be translation tasks as a base to all roles as well as specific work depending on which department you work in. Tasks are likely to change regularly but within these opportunities you can expect the following type of work.

Marketing intern:

– E-mail marketing

– Lead generation

– Platform improvement

– Customer development

Sales intern:

– Converting leads to client

– Producing material to help sales process

– Organisation of sales pipelines

Customer success:

Once we have a client the customer success team is responsible for clients having a flawless service and an unforgettable experience with us

Support customers with queries and the onboarding process

Improvements to customer journey to keep optimising our work

Salary & Holiday

B2B Outbound Sales Intern (French or English native with C1/C2 Spanish)

B2B Outbound Sales Intern (French or English Native, High Level of Spanish)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build lists of companies / prospects that could be our ICP target

  • Crunch pages to get as many info as possible about these companies

  • Identify alternative players we could win and companies that have currently contracted their product 

  • Cold call clients and follow up to schedule meetings

  • Email targeted clients to get on a call

  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and ensure a seamless handover to the senior sales team.
  • Track all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management.
  • Gather insights from outreach efforts to inform strategy and improve conversion rates.

Ideal Profile:

  • Native-level proficiency in French or English, with a high level of Spanish for internal communication and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in conducting outreach to senior-level executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset, with a desire to exceed targets.
  • Interest in technology, SaaS solutions, and B2B sales.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not required.

Location: In-person role based in Barcelona.

Salary: This is a paid role but is based on commission and will be discussed at interview. Please ensure you are comfortable with the commission offered before accepting the role.

HR Talent Trainee

Overview

As a member of the Talent Team in HR, the selected candidate will have the

opportunity to have firsthand contact with the “end to end” talent management

process within the company, which includes recruitment, onboarding, performance

appraisal, recognition system, engagement process, learning and development and

change management. The ideal candidate must be passionate and curious about

people in work environment, open to learning, creative and critical thinker.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide support in different stages of the recruitment process, which might

include job advertising, interviewing coordination, appraisal process or

interviewing candidates.

• Co-coordinating with the responsible of the onboarding agenda, including

internal events for new joiners.

• Provide assistance in the implementation of the learning and development

annual plan which includes all the logistics associated but also the

conceptualization of learning resources.

• Support in all the metric and data report systems to ensure the quality and

effectiveness of our process.

• Running analysis of the performance evaluation system to identify relevant

action plans from a development perspective.

• Provide assistance in the coordination of all employer branding initiatives

and the relationship with academies and institutions.

• Support in all the internal communication initiatives.

• Support in the facilitation of team’s and change management interventions.
