The Role
As an SDR Intern, you’ll support top-of-funnel growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new leads. You’ll collaborate with both Sales and Marketing teams, learning best practices in client engagement and pipeline building. This is a hands-on, high-impact internship where you’ll gain exposure to key sales tools and frameworks and build the foundation for a career in B2B sales.

What You’ll Do
● Source and reach out to leads from target prospect lists
● Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
● Understand customer pain points and identify solution fit
● Schedule discovery calls and hand off warm leads to Account Executives
● Log and update lead data in the internal CRM
● Align with Marketing to improve messaging and targeting
● Track progress and hit sales development KPIs

Who You Are
● Eager to start a career in B2B or SaaS sales
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Commercially-minded, proactive, and goal-driven
● Organised, focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
● Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
● Background in business, economics, or communications is helpful

Internship Details
● Duration: 6 months
● Location: Madrid (in office)
● Compensation: €400–900/month
● Start Date: Flexible
