MV Executive Search – HR Intern

Company Overview

Our organization is a company for the search, selection and evaluation of executives, general managers or advisory board, leadership development and internal talent management.The office is located in Madrid on the street Alcalá 67. In the office there are 4 professionals who work permanently and 3 external colaborators who participate in certain projects, there are also an intern.

Opportunity

We are looking for an intern for at least 2-3 months but with the possibility of continuing with us in the future. The workday will be 5 hours per day (9 to 14pm). We’re looking for an intern who has certain language skills in Spanish, not who knows the language perfectly but who can communicate.

The person who works with us will carry out these tasks:

– Assistance and support in the headhunting process.

– Search countries, sectors, companies or candidates.

– CVs analysis.

– Use of the database tool.

– Administrative tasks.

– Preparation of reports or power point presentations.

– Translation of documents.

– Support in the management of social media and website.

Salary & Holiday

The person in the months that begins will not have a salary, this could be adapted if the intern continues later with us.
