Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

• Maintain and update HR databases, tracking candidate and employee information.

• Support HR projects related to employee engagement, learning and development, and internal communications.

• Provide administrative support in HR-related activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Ideal Profile

• Native or fluent Italian speaker, with strong English communication skills.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR strategy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-focused mindset.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about HR processes.

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or HR software is a plus.
