B2B Outbound Sales Intern at a Healthcare AI Startup in Bilbao

About the Company

A fast-growing healthtech startup using AI to transform physiotherapy. They provide personalised, remote recovery programmes for people dealing with injury or pain helping them get better from anywhere. The company operates in LATAM and now in the UK.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting B2B sales and international growth. Working closely with the founding team, you’ll help identify and convert new business opportunities in the UK and LATAM markets. This is a hands-on, commercial role perfect for someone analytical, driven, and excited by tech and healthcare.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify high-potential B2B leads in key markets

  • Support outbound sales campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls

  • Assist in managing the CRM and tracking sales performance

  • Help prepare sales materials, demos, and follow-up communications

  • Work closely with the founders on go-to-market strategy and commercial insights

Who You Are

  • Strong communicator with great written and spoken English (native level)

  • Confident speaking Spanish (B2 minimum)

  • Interested in healthtech, AI, and the future of digital care

  • Comfortable with remote work and proactive in managing tasks

  • Analytical, organised, and eager to take ownership in a growing startup

Internship Details

  • Start Date: September

  • Duration: 6 months possibly with extension

  • Location: Bilbao, Spain 

  • Compensation: €500 each month (potential to have commission)

  • Languages: English (native level), Spanish (B2 or above)
