Customer Success & Sales Intern – Client Success and Business Development Specialist
Key Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Proactively follow up on qualified leads and convert prospects into customers through calls, emails, and product demonstrations
• Analyze customer success metrics (churn rate, NPS, customer lifetime value) and prepare weekly reports for the management team
• Develop and execute customer retention strategies, including onboarding programs and regular check-ins
• Collaborate on creating sales content (proposals, success stories, presentation materials) and optimize the sales process
• Support market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and target segments
Ideal Start Date and Length
• Ideal start date: September 2025
• Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension to 12 months
• Work mode: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Ideal Profile
• Final year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (B2 minimum)
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot) and analytics platforms (Excel, Google Analytics)
• Proactive profile, results-oriented with ability to work under pressure
• Passion for technology and startup ecosystem, with growth mindset and continuous learning approach
Salary
• Monthly compensation: €500/month
