We are now looking for a motivated and adaptable Founder’s Associate to join our team, working closely with the founder to drive growth, strategy, and product development. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our base in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the founder to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company’s vision.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for app adoption and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of networking events to promote MixMe and engage with our target audience.
- Assist in product development by providing insights from user testing and feedback to enhance app functionality.
- Manage outreach and communication with potential partners, stakeholders, and early adopters.
- Develop content for marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide recommendations for growth and optimization.
Ideal Profile
- Background in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work on diverse projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
- Interest in startups, networking, or event planning is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location
Flexible: Remote or based in Madrid.
Salary
