Our goal is to empower both athletes and educators through technology, providing a tool that makes managing training easier and more efficient. We currently have clients in regions such as Dubai, Italy, and Switzerland and are actively expanding. The company is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for motivated interns to help accelerate this process.
Role Overview
As a Founders Associate, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Founder and CTO, gaining exposure to the full spectrum of the business. You’ll be involved in various tasks, including business strategy, operations, partnerships, and helping drive the company’s growth, especially in new markets like the UK. This role is perfect for someone who wants to take on a leadership position in a startup and gain first-hand experience in business development and entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Founder and CTO on daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives.

Take part in business development activities, including market research and identifying new growth opportunities.

Assist with product development and collaborate with the technical team to ensure product-market fit.

Help streamline internal processes and improve the overall efficiency of the business.

Play a key role in expanding into the UK market, helping with localization and partnerships.

Support the company in building strong relationships with international clients.

Handle various administrative and operational tasks as needed by the leadership team.
Ideal Profile

Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Management, or a related field.

Strong interest in sports management, entrepreneurship, and business development.

Self-starter with a proactive and hands-on approach to work.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable working remotely and with a distributed team (CTO in Argentina, CMO in the Netherlands and Madrid).

A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Spanish or English proficiency required, additional languages are a plus.
