The Role
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support an international expansion project — ideal for someone excited about strategy, market research, and growth in the health & wellness space. You’ll work directly with senior leaders to explore new international markets and help shape the go-to-market strategy for global growth.
What You’ll Do
Analyse and identify the most attractive international markets for DOMMA’s expansion, considering factors such as regulations, demand, competition, and growth potential.
Design a market entry strategy, including business models, distribution channels, and potential local partnerships.
Evaluate opportunities and risks associated with expansion into each identified market.
Develop a roadmap for implementing the international expansion strategy.
Present recommendations based on financial and operational feasibility analysis.
Ensure that the project moves beyond high-level recommendations to real activation steps, demonstrating execution in the selected markets.
Who You Are
Business Administration, economics or similar students interested in strategy, international growth, and startups in the health & wellness sector.
Previous experience in consulting, strategy, business development, investment, or entrepreneurship is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with market and financial data.
Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and effective communication skills.
High level of English (other languages valued depending on the target market).
Level of spanish: minimum conversational to integrate in the team

Duration: 6 months
Location: Hybrid (based in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona)
Compensation: €600/month
