The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Intern to support our executive search team. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, executive search, and talent advisory services. You’ll work closely with consultants to support search projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct market mapping and research on talent pools

• Compile and analyze market intelligence relevant to client needs

• Attend candidate interviews and assist in competency analysis

• Draft clear and detailed candidate reports

• Support executive search projects across multiple sectors

• Maintain and update the internal candidate database

Who You Are

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Interest in executive search, human resources, or management consulting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Internship Details

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: 400 Euros/ month

Location: Madrid, Spain (onsite)

Languages: Fluent English required; Spanish a plus

Start Date: Flexible
