About the Role
As a UK Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in driving our expansion into the UK market. You’ll work closely with our Sales Team Lead and CEO to build partnerships, develop sales strategies, and strengthen our market positioning.
This role is sales and business development focused (85%), requiring resilience, persistence, and enthusiasm for cold outreach. You will also gain experience in account management, especially during peak sales periods.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation (Core Focus)

Conduct outbound cold calls/emails/WhatsApp daily to potential clients and partners in the UK market.

Develop and adapt sales pitches for different customer segments.
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage outreach, track performance, and optimize sales processes.
Business Development & Partnerships

Identify and reach out to key partners in international mobility (universities, student associations, schools, etc.).

Build relationships to support long-term growth in the UK market.

Provide feedback on market needs and competitor activity.
Account Management

Support and manage partner relationships during busy sales cycles.

Collect and analyze feedback from partners and students to refine the offer.

Identify new trends, opportunities, and challenges to expand reach.
Impact & Team Collaboration

Work directly with senior leadership (Sales Team Lead & CEO) to support international expansion.

Contribute to the successful UK market launch with measurable results.
Candidate Profile

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (business, management, sales, consulting, or related).

UK students are highly preferred (must have studied at least 6 months in a UK university).

EU passport holder (mandatory for this role).

Fluent in English; basic Spanish is a plus.

Prior experience or exposure to sales, business development, or consulting.

Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and confidence in cold calling.
